Parent Staff Association (PSA)
The ESF Wu Kai Sha International Kindergarten Parent Staff Association (PSA) is pivotal in bringing families and the school together. It has been set up to (i) advance the education and wellbeing of students by supporting school-led activities and (ii) initiate/promote the interests and engagements of families, students, and teachers in recreational, cultural, and social affairs.
The PSA is a registered organisation governed under the Hong Kong Societies Ordinance and all parents of children attending the school shall be members. A nominal fee is paid at the beginning of each school year. Each year, the PSA holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) where the events and accounts for the previous school year are reviewed.
During the AGM parents will also elect official office bearers through a closed ballot.
